Love this! Two thoughts: 1) on discovering brands on planes, I agree with your friend. I still think of Biscoff as the airplane cookie; it feels less "guilty" eating on a plane, the way it's okay to have a cocktail in an airport at 10am on a Tuesday but concerning if you do it anywhere else. I've also noticed other people perceive plane snacks as exactly that; I don't tend to eat on flights, so I keep the snacks with me and eat them later. One friend saw me eating Stellar Pretzels in our MBA class and asked if I'd been on a Southwest flight lately - it was THAT recognizable! 2) I've seen a lot of thoughts on the creatine rise lately, often with surprise, and I feel the opposite. Women, particularly in the age groups just before, during, and after menopause, are wildly left behind by both CPG and modern medicine. If creatine can help with symptoms that come with this stage of life, that demand is gonna grow.
